Additional Protocols to the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR)

More rights are granted by additional protocols to the Convention: Protocols 1, 4, 6, 7, 12 and 13. Following the entry into force of Protocol No. 11 to the Convention on 1 November 1998, the control machinery established by the Convention has been restructured (see European Court of Human Rights below).
