Implementation of the FCNM: Periodic Report (2007-2008)
The Second Reporting Cycle went as follows:
a) State Report
In January 2007, the Swiss federal Council approved the Second Report submitted by Switezrland to the CoE Council of Ministers on the Implementation of the Minority Convention.

b) Expertise by the Advisory Committee
In February 2008, the Advisory Council adopted its Second Opinion on the implementation of the Minority Convention in Switzerland.

c) Statement by Switzerland
End of August 2008, the Federal Administration submitted its Commentaries on the Second Opinion on Switzerland by the Advisory Councilof the Council of Europe Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities.
