European Convention on the Protection of Children against Sexual Exploitation and Sexual Abuse
of 25 October 2007 (did not yet entered into force)
Since the opening for signature, 30 member states have signed, none ratified. The condition for an entery into force is: 5 Ratifications including at least 3 member States of the Council of Europe (status 31 October 2008 - current status )
Switzerland has neither ratified nor signed the Convention.
