Swiss state report to ICESCR adopted
The Swiss Federal Council adopted on 9 April 2008 the second and third report on the implementation of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ICESCR).
The report will now be transmitted to the UN Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights. It is still unclear when the Committee will discuss the Swiss report. Once the report has been submitted it usually takes 1-2 years.

NGO-Shadow Report in preparation
