Convention against racism: fourth, fifth and sixth report by Switzerland (2006-2008)
The fourth, fifth and sixth periodic reports by Switzerland with regards to the International Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of Racial Discrimination (ICERD) have been approved by the Federal Council end of October and handed over to the Committee on 14 November 2008. The state report was examined during the Committee’s 73rd session in August 2008. Also available was information prepared by the civil society; coordinated by Humanrights.ch, a NGOs coalition submitted an Alternative Report, the so-called Black Book).
