Revised European Social Charter
of 3 May 1996
Entry into force: 1 July 1999
Ratified by 33 member States of the CoE (as at May 2014)
The Revised European Social Charter compiles all changes that had been made to the original Social Charter into one text. There have also been new guarantees added, such as the right to be protected of sexual harassment at work, the right to housing and the right to be protected of poverty and social exclusion.
